    For cancellation of reservation, notice must be given 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid any applicable charges.

    How do I get to Fraser Suites West Bay Doha?

    Ideally located in West bay, Fraser Suites West Bay Doha is 20minutes away from Hamad International Airport.

    How to reach the hotel from the airport?

    The hotel is only 20 minutes away from Hamad International airport and limousine airport transfers are available upon request at an additional charge. For reservation of limousine transfer, kindly contact our concierge desk at least 6 hours prior to arrival time.  

    Alternatively, metered taxis are available as well from the airport and an estimated trip cost 70 QR/ way.

    Do you provide internet access?

    We offer complimentary wireless internet access in all apartments and public areas within the property.

    Where can we eat?

    You may dine in at our signature restaurant located at the lobby level and room service is also available 24/7. In addition, Fraser Suites West Bay is well surrounded by a variety of casual and fine dining options. Feel free to check with our concierge and they would be more than happy to recommend.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served daily at our signature restaurant from 7:00 to 11:00 am

    Are there any recommended attractions in Doha?

    There are lots to see and do in Doha each offering different and unique experience. Check out the Attractions or check with our Client relations Executives for recommendations.

    Are laundry facilities provided?

    All 396 apartments are equipped with an automatic washer/dryer. Laundry & dry cleaning services are available as well at an additional charge (Express laundry service is only available during weekdays)

    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, a fully-equipped Gymnasium and fitness club is available which opens daily from 7am to 10.00pm.

    Are there any recommended shopping destination?

    Fraser Suites West Bay Doha is within walking distance to two major malls, City center mall and the Gate Mall.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    Depending on the category selected, our apartments have the following bedding configuration:
    Studios Suite: King / Twin Bed
    One Bedroom Suite: King / Twin Bed
    Two Bedroom Suite: King Bed & Twin Bed
    Three Bedroom Suite: Two King Beds & Twin Beds

    Complimentary baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

    Do you provide extra beds and what are the cost?

    Rental of extra beds are available at an additional charge of 100 QR / per bed per night and subject to availability.

    Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

    An ATM machine is available on-site at the lobby. For full banking services, the property is a short walking distance from key local and international banks. Money exchange services are available at the Front Desk as well.

    Do you provide newspapers?

    Complimentary newspapers are available daily at our lobby. For guests whom prefer to view the digital version, access to the PressReaderTM app is available as well.

    Are the residences handicap-friendly?

    Certainly, Fraser Suites West Bay Doha is wheelchair-friendly and catered washroom facilities are available as well. Some of our serviced apartments are handicap-friendly with ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.

    What is the maximum number of people allowed in each apartment type?

    Depending on the category selected, our apartments can accommodate the following maximum number of guests:
    Studio: 2 guests
    1 Bedroom: 2 guests
    2 Bedroom: 4 guests
    3 Bedroom: 6 guests
    Kindly contact our reservations department for further request or clarification.  

    Do you accept pets?

    We regret to inform that pets are not allowed within the vicinity of the property, with the exception of certified and accompanied guide / assistance dogs.

    Do you provide parking and what are the costs?

    Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment.

    Is it possible to store my luggage prior to check-in?

    Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge until your room is ready.

    What is the reception operating hours?

    The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

    Is airport shuttle service provided?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide any shuttle service to the airport at the moment. However, limousine transfers are available at an additional charge. For reservation of limousine transfer, kindly contact our concierge desk at least 6 hours prior to arrival time.
